Custom made metalwork and Pattern

In our workshops, our boilermakers, pipefitters are
able to manufacture specific parts for short runs or reproduce a part base on a pattern.

The materials we mainly work are:

• Aluminium (5754)
• Steel (S 235, S 355, galva)
• Abrasive steel (D 400, D 500)
• Stainless steel (304 L, 316 L)
• Polycarbonate
• HDPE (500, 1000)

• CNC plasma cutting: Steel up to 50 mm, stainless steel up to 40 mm, aluminum up to 30 mm
• Guillotine: max. length 3000 mm, steel 10 mm, stainless steel 8 mm, aluminum 10 mm
• Oxycutting: Steel up to 200 mm
• Arcair: thick-walled steel

• Press brake 320T : Max. length. of 4000 mm, Steel in 20 mm, Stainless steel in 12 mm, Aluminium. in 20 mm
• Sawing: Steel, Stainless steel, Alu., Bronze, HDPE, section Ø 320 and 230
• TIG: Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium.
• MIG/MAG: Steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium. and Pulsed
